This year’s ADCC was a show never to be forgotten. All eyes were on Ffion Davies redeeming the under 60kg title after placing second in the 2019 edition of ADCC, and Amy Campo, who delivered a clinical performance against Elisabeth Clay, Gabi Garcia, and Rafaela Guedes to be crowned queen of the over 60kg division.

Tomorrow’s ADCC Las Vegas Open will feature more than 100 divisions spanning from kids, teens and masters to the adult pro divisions. It will be a great opportunity for athletes of all ages to experience the unique ruleset of ADCC; and for current and aspiring pros hoping to earn a spot in a future ADCC World Championship, that experience will be invaluable.

While the grappling world will have their eyes on the 2022 ADCC World Championships, some grappling talents will be competing in the two-days earlier ADCC Las Vegas Open, streamed live on FloGrappling.

Everybody knows how tough it is to get into ADCC. The biggest and most prestigious no-gi event in the world, participation is limited to an exclusive few who qualify one of three ways. First, podium finishers get invited back. Second, a handful of invites are reserved for standout names from the world of grappling, with only elite caliber athletes getting the call.

The 1st North American ADCC Trials, which is one of seven trials leading to the ADCC 2022 World Championships, is set to take place this weekend. It’s a record setting event, with the most registered athletes in the history of the ADCC Trials.

The Who’s Number One (WNO) events have always been about shining a light on the most exciting competitors in the game, and the WNO Championship ended up being one of the most action packed events of all time. In the end, five champions were crowned and over $275,000 in prize money was given out to athletes.

The strawweight division quickly became the most exciting weight class in women's jiu-jitsu over the last year, and the matches at the WNO Championship only further cemented this division in that place.

WNO is all about putting on the most exciting matches possible, and the WNO Championship surely didn't disappoint. The lightweight divsion was absolutely bonkers, every match on the front side or the back side was insane and could have been the best match on a normal card.

According to the oddsmakers, Tim Spriggs was the largest underdog to win the WNO Championship heavyweight division. That makes his incredible success in the heavyweight tournament, and in the heavyweight final so incredible.

Grace Gundrum vs Jessa Khan was one of the most anticipated potential matches in the entire WNO Championship. The two young strawweights have been on a collision course since their childhood, and the match had been attracting the excitement of hopeful fans for months.

The finals are now set for the WNO Championship. Day one featured 30 matches, several jaw dropping submissions, a few incredible upsets, and a handful of WNO records.
