This year's IBJJF World Championships was one of the most highly anticipated of all time. And it delivered, with amazing matchups, budding rivalries, and hours of great jiu-jitsu. In retrospect, it was also a historic year for the event. The 26th edition of IBJJF Worlds saw records broken and history made across the black belt divisions. Here are some of the most notable superlatives now in the history books.

The stacked black belt divisions have been whittled down to just eight men and just two women each. By the end of the day, nineteen IBJJF Pans black belt champions will be crowned. Fight to Win returns to Dallas, TX for another night of grappling on Friday, June 11. In the main event, 2021 No-Gi Pan champ Kendall Reusing, will face Talita Nogueira. Earlier in the evening, the top ranked roosterweight, Lucas Pinheiro will take on multiple time world champ Paulo Miyao.
