Ben Eddy faces Carlos Henrique on the WNO 19 card as the pair of Black Belts compete in a no-gi featherweight bout at Tezos WNO: Meregali vs. Duarte on Aug. 10 at the Palmer Center in Austin, Texas. 

Their match is part of a loaded undercard that also features pair of matches that feature rising stars in Achilles Rocha and Helena Crevar as well as the feature undercard bout: Sebastian Rodriguez vs Hunter Colvin.

The co-main events feature Nicholas Meregali and Kaynan Duarte in a heavyweight bout as well as WNO champion Ffion Davies in a title bout with Jasmine Rocha.

Meregali made quick work of Pedro Marinho in the last WNO event in May, but now faces Duarte, the 2022 ADCC World Champion in the light heavyweight division. Duarte won gold in the super-heavyweight division at the 2023 IBJJF European Championships.

Ben Eddy Trains At 10th Planet In Austin

Eddy won't have to travel far for the match. The Black Belt is part of Eddie Bravo's 10th Planet Austin team after having moved to Texas from California. Eddy is known for his rubber guard game.

Ben Eddy's Hindulotine Submission Impressed FloGrappling

In June, Eddy's "Hindulotine" submission was named one of the funkiest submissions in jiu-jitsu. 

"I have no idea what's going on in this one," said FloGrappling expert Trey Robinson. "There is some sorcery going on. This is 10th Planet at their finest. Limbs are all over the place."
