Fellipe Andrew won his first double-gold in an IBJJF major putting 18 points on Gustavo Batista in the absolute division final.

The final score was 18-8, with Fellipe Andrew passing the guard to establish a strong lead on the scoreboard early in the match.

He beat Guilherme Augusto in the super heavyweight final, also winning points. That now makes him a four-time Pan champion, with gold medals in 2019, 2020 and 2021.

His loss in the absolute final aside, heavyweight champion Batista looked better than ever  earning five submissions in seven matches.

Yara Soares of Alliance made her IBJJF black belt debut at Pans. She lost to Gabi Pessanha in the super heavyweight final but rebounded to win gold in the absolute division beating Ana Carolina Vieira in the final.

Vieira took silver in the absolute but defeated Elisabeth Clay to claim medium heavyweight gold, earning her first black belt Pans title.

Jamil Hill-Taylor emerged champion in the hyper-competitive featherweight division, utilizing the perfect combination of technique and strategy. He appeared in top form, using his trademark lasso guard to beat a very game Gabriel Sousa in the final.

Sousa, to his credit, had one of the best outings of his career. All six of his matches were packed with energy and action.

Bianca Basilio, Victor Hugo, and Andre Porfirio all earned submissions in the finals to win Pans gold. Basilio and Porfirio tapped out their opponents, Gabi McComb and Pedro Marinho with brutal straight ankle locks. Victor Hugo choked Rodrigo Martins from the back in the ultra-heavyweight final.

Luiza Monteiro secured her 10th Pan title with a decisive points victory over Andressa Cintra in the middleweight final, winning 7-0. Monteiro said this will be her last time competing at Pans.

The Art Of Jiu-Jitsu duo, Johnatha Alves and Tainan Dalpra, won gold in the lightweight and middleweight divisions. Alves won his second consecutive Pans title, defeating Lucas Valente in the final. Dalpra claimed his first major IBJJF black belt gold with a win over Yago De Sousa.
