Lightweight veteran Gianni Grippo will take on new black belt Samuel Nagai in the main event at this edition of Fight to Win. Grippo is currently undefeated on the Fight to Win stage, but his last appearance was three years ago.

Nagai, meanwhile, has been all over Fight to Win this year, earning multiple brown belt titles.

In the co-main event, Edwin "Junny" Ocasio will defend his bantamweight title against Marcelo Cohen, and Talita Alencar will look to get back in the win column at Fight to Win. This time she'll take on Heather Raftery.
