Founded in 2014, BOA Super 8 is the fastest-rising professional jiu-jitsu organization in Australia, and now for the first time, the show is going global with a live stream on FloGrappling!

The fourth edition of the event is set to take place June 23 in Melbourne and features an eight-man, 88kg bracket, with $20,000 AUD in prize money going to the victor. The matches are under ADCC rules and there are more superfights on the way that have yet to be announced.

Here's who is currently slated to compete in the eight-man tournament:

• Philippe Pomaski

• Charles Negromonte

The card Is truly an international affair with athletes such as Mike Perez, James Brasco, and DJ Jackson making the trip down from the USA to meet Aussie locals Craig Jones, Ben Hodgkinson, and Roberto Dib Frias (a Brazilian living in Australia). There are also two European players in the mix with Philippe Pomaski from Switzerland and Charles Negromonte, a top-ranked Brazilian athlete living in the UK and training under Roger Gracie.  

All the athletes are seasoned no-gi players and several are ADCC veterans. As such, it's no easy task to point out a favorite. In any case, we're absolutely PUMPED to see how BOA Super 8 unfolds.
