AJ Agazarm Escalates War Of Words With Joe Rogan, 10th Planet Jiu-Jitsu
It all began when AJ Agazarm said "Joe Rogan and Eddie Bravo don't know jack shit about jiu-jitsu". Two of 10th Planet's best responded.
The drama all began when AJ Agazarm used his post-match interview at KASAI Pro 2 on Saturday night in Brooklyn, New York, to call out MMA commentator Joe Rogan and 10th Planet founder Eddie Bravo.
"Joe Rogan and Eddie Bravo don't know jack shit about jiu-jitsu," the Gracie Barra black belt said following his superfight win over Marcos Galvao.
Unsurprisingly, that comment has only escalated into a war of words between Agazarm and Bravo's 10th Planet team.
10th Planet founder Eddie Bravo shrugged off Agazarm's callout, saying:
"AJ Agazarm is like WWE. I don't take anything he says seriously."
However, Geo Martinez, one of 10th Planet's best black belts, responded and seems serious about defending his master's honor.
Martinez—who narrowly lost to Nicky Ryan in a superfight on the same card—said he's ready to "handle business," meaning a showdown with Agazarm.

Meanwhile, Denny Prokopos—Bravo's first black belt—was a little more forthright in his comments toward Agazarm, as you can see in his Instagram post.
True to form, Agazarm doubled down in reiterating his point and went even further in cementing his feelings on Joe Rogan as a grappling authority in an Instagram post.
"Upon further reflection, and after consulting with many of my peers in the BJJ/Grappling Community whose opinions I respect, I've decided to amend my comments, and pronounce Joe Rogan even STUPIDER, and less informed, than I did last night," Agazarm wrote. "Anyone using his opinion as a barometer of talent should walk into the sea."
