HUGE Sub-Only Grappling Event Lands In Brooklyn: JT Torres, Bendo & Gracie
Fight to Win Pro is coming to Brooklyn, New York for the first time on Friday October 20, and the card is as packed with talent as NYC could hope for.
Fight to Win Pro is coming to Brooklyn, New York for the first time on Friday October 20, and the card is as packed with talent as NYC could hope for.
The main event will be a welterweight title match between former UFC champion and F2W Pro veteran Benson Henderson and 77-kg ADCC champion JT Torres, fresh from his victory in Finland. Torres is a New Jersey / New York native and has a jiu-jitsu school in Hartsdale, NY.

The co-main event will also be a title match between defending Fight To Win champion Gianni Grippo and 2017 ADCC qualifier Justin Rader. Both Rader and Grippo are frequent F2W competitors, with Grippo's most recent appearance giving him a win over Dustin Akbari at F2W 38.
Other matches to watch out for include up-and-coming black belt star Thomas Keenan vs. Marcos Tinoco of the Marcelo Garcia Academy, a middleweight bout that will be fought in the gi.
Also in action include black belts Mike Kalika and Kurt Pelligrino in a gi match, plus brown belt standout Devhonte Johnson of Unity Jiu-Jitsu, and blue belt up-and-comer Rayron Gracie of the Renzo Gracie Academy.
