This weekend's Fight to Win Pro 10 card is filled with exciting competitors from the Louisiana area and plans to showcase a whole slew of intriguing matchups. In the main event, Brandon Quick will take on Anthony Mitchell, but before that, there's a brown belt fight that caught our eye: Elliot Hill will meet Thahn Le in a 160-pound brown belt nogi super fight on Saturday night, and we can't wait to see it.
Elliot Hill
You'll recognize the RDOJO representative from our recent series, Royal Invitational - Epiosde Two. He competed in the open weight tournament and became a breakout star as a result of exciting grappling. Mixing Sambo-style takedowns with crafty leglock setups Hill held his own in a crowded brown belt field and became a fan favorite. Check out Hill's first-round fight from the Royal series—it's one of the most exciting from the entire tournament:
Thahn Le
You'll recognize "The Asian Cajun" from "The Ultimate Fighter," Season 22. Le was one of the the most talented and explosive strikers on the show which made him a favorite with UFC Boss Dana White and UFC superstar Conor McGregor. A veteran MMA fighter from the Louisiana area with a record of 4-1 and one submission victory to his name, he'll bring physicality to the match, but is not without leg lock knowledge—he trained with Ryan Hall at 50/50.
