The thing about MMA is we rarely get to see what some fighters are capable of on the ground. We still want to know just how good Conor McGregor's jiu-jitsu is, as we've never seen more than bits here and there in his fights.
This video is a short highlight of Conor McGregor rolling with his coach, John Kavanagh -- a man who holds the honor of being Ireland's first ever jiu-jitsu black belt.
Kavanagh is a known technician and judging from the video the roll seems to be more technical than competitive, but it still gives a good insight into what Conor's got on the ground.
