The event is seeded based on number of points athletes have accumulated at prior IBJJF events. The one seeds for each black belt division are;

Saturday April 20th - Juvenile blue belt, Juvenile purple belt

Sunday April 21st - Adult female blue belt, Juvenile, adult, and masters white belts (except adult female)

Monday April 22nd - Adult female white belt, adult male blue belt

Tuesday April 23rd - Adult & masters 1 male purple belt, masters 1 female blue belt

Wednesday April 24th - Adult & masters 1 female purple belt, masters 2-5 female blue belt, masters 1 purple belt, masters 2-7 blue belt

Thursday April 25th - Adult male & female brown belt, masters 2-7 male & female purple belt

Friday April 26th - Masters 1 male black belt, Masters 1-6 male & female brown belt

Saturday April 27th - Adult black belts (top 8 men and top 2 women advance in each division to Sunday), Masters 1 female black belts, Masters 2+5-7 male & female black belts

Sunday April 28th - Adult black belt final day, masters 3 & 4 male and female black belts
