BJJ Stars 12 To Feature Medium-Heavy Grand Prix & Super-Fight Slate
BJJ Stars 12 will feature a medium-heavy grand prix and a slate of gi super-fights live from Sao Paulo, Brazil on April 27th
BJJ Stars, the Brazilian super fight organization, will be back April 27th with a medium-heavy grand prix and a strong slate of super fights for another evening packed with exciting action from some of the biggest names in gi jiu-jitsu. The grand prix winner will walk away with R$100,000 and the medium-heavyweight championship for the organization.

The BJJ Stars 12 Grand Prix will feature some really big names, including world champions Fellipe Andrew, Isaque Bahiense, and Gustavo Batista. Andrew usually competes up at heavyweight, so he is apparently cutting down for the event. Also involved will be dark horse contenders like Mauricio Oliveira, Uanderson Ferreira, and Francisco Lo.
BJJ Stars 12 will also feature eight super fights, including two title fights for the organization. Anna Rodrigues will face Bia Basilio for the featherweight championship and Luiza Monteiro will defend her lightweight title against Julia Alves. In the co-main event, world champions Sam Nagai and Meyram Maquine will face off in a clash of two of jiu-jitsu's most dynamic black belts. Also in action will be Piter Frank taking on Celsco Vinicius, Ygor Rodrigues taking on Pedro Veras, and more.
