At just 15 years of age, Helena Crevar has the most victories of any athlete in history on the Fight to Win stage. And that's not just against other teens. The Alliance Las Vegas blue belt has competed against brown and black belts, she's gone up in weight ranges.

She's been similarly successful in other rulesets, taking titles at the IBJJF Pan Kids as well as dozens of open an invitational events around the country.

In April 2022, she fought to the quarterfinals of the ADCC West Coast Trials before losing a points victory to Elisabeth Clay.

In September, she entered the pro division of the ADCC Las Vegas Open where she lost by a single penalty to ADCC Trials finalist Nathalie Ribeiro. Earlier that afternoon, Crevar defeated two opponents to win the teen advanced division.

Earlier this week, the teenager announced a major move via Instagram, explaining that she has moved to Austin to train under John Danaher, officially joining the New Wave Jiu-Jitsu team.

"I've always adimired the way Mr. Danaher teaches, and I've learned a lot from watching his instructionals," Crevar told FloGrappling. "When I got the chance to visit and train, they were all very welcoming at Roka (New Wave's training facility). I also got the chance to go to one of Gordon Ryan's seminars, and he is one of the athletes I look up to."

This move could be huge news for the next generation of grappling. At just 15 years old, Crevar has shown the potential to become an elite grappler in the near future. And Danaher has earned a reputation for harnessing that kind of potential.
